I just finished a new installation, “What We Do in Secret,” for Collaborative Concept’s annual exhibition on Saunder’s Farm in Garrison, NY.  It’s a bit of an experiment for me, having never created works that have to live in the outdoors for two months before, but I’m happy with the results.

If you’ve never been to the farm before, it’s a definite experience, with art installed throughout the rolling hills.  The farm allows many gorgeous Hudson Valley views as well, but be sure to wear closed toe shoes and look out for cow patties, since this is a functioning farm as well as an exhibition space.

The opening (with some performance art) is this weekend, on Saturday, August 31st, from 2-6pm, but there is also a mid-run reception in September and a closing reception in October.
